Returns

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it, and have an adequate packaging for a return. 

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at awccustomers@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

 

Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at awccustomers@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color. We will check the availability of the requested item and provide you with further instructions.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
